Licence Agreement

On payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product (source code, designs and accompanying files) in one project: your own, or one client project you build with it. Every purchase has a licence key.

Modify the code and design as you like, rebrand it, publish the resulting app or site to end users, and use it commercially within the licensed project.

Resell, redistribute, share or offer the source code as a product or template of its own, free or paid, in whole or in part, even after modification. Use one purchase in more than one project. Remove ownership notices from files not shown to end users.

The intellectual property of the product stays with Cotree LLC. Code or content you add remains yours.

New versions for one year from the purchase. Support is included in the full package only, for the period stated on the product page.

The licence ends automatically if this agreement is breached; you must then stop using the product and delete your copies.

The product may include open-source libraries under their own licences, named in its files; they remain subject to those licences.
