Account data: name and e-mail (and phone number if you add it). Order data: product, package, amount, payment status and licence key. Publishing-service data: what you fill in the form and the files you upload, including the test account and owner details.

We do not collect your card details; they are entered on the Al Qaseh gateway’s page and never pass through our servers.

To fulfil and deliver your order, send the invoice, updates and status e-mails, publish your app on the stores, answer your questions and protect the site from abuse.

Cotree’s fulfilment team as far as their work requires. The service providers we rely on: Google Firebase (hosting, database, files), the Al Qaseh gateway (payment) and Resend (e-mail). Google’s and Apple’s stores when we publish your app. We never sell your data.

Kept in a separate vault reachable by the fulfilment team only through short-lived links, every access is logged, and they are deleted shortly after publishing is complete.

Encryption in transit and at rest, restricted access permissions, short-lived links for sensitive files, and an access log.

You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account and of what we are not legally required to keep, via info@cotreeiq.com. We reply within 14 days.

We use essential local storage for signing in and remembering your language, and aggregated measurement tools. No tracking ads on this site.
