Refund Policy

Before the file is downloaded: you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.

After the download: no refund, because a digital product cannot be returned — unless it has a material defect that stops it working as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.

Before we start the work (installation or publishing): a full refund within 24 hours of payment. After the work starts: what was done is charged and the rest, if any, is refunded.

A store rejecting your app because it breaks Google’s or Apple’s rules that we told you about in advance is not a defect on our side.

To the same card through the Al Qaseh gateway. An automatic reversal is possible within 24 hours of payment; after that it goes through the gateway’s support and may take 5 to 10 business days.
