Cotree LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Iowa, USA (Business No. 891910), with an office in Baghdad. We sell ready-made digital products of our own and offer an app publishing service for the stores.

Buying needs an account with an e-mail address or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secret and for everything done from your account. Your details must be correct and your e-mail active, because invoices and updates are sent there.

Every product has two packages: «source code only» and «with installation, publishing and support». What each package includes, the support period and the stores covered are written on the product page at the time of purchase and are binding.

A product demo shows its features; it does not mean that every customisation you ask for is included.

Prices are in US dollars and are charged to the card in Iraqi dinars through the Al Qaseh gateway at a rate shown before you pay. An order counts as paid only after the gateway confirms it. We never keep your card details; they are entered on the gateway’s page only.

The source package is delivered from your account page with a licence key as soon as the payment is confirmed. The full package and the publishing service are carried out within business days after you provide what is needed, and you follow their status from your account and inbox. Store publishing is subject to Google’s and Apple’s review; we do not guarantee their acceptance or their review time.

One usage licence per purchase, for your own project or for one client project you build with it. Reselling, redistributing or offering the source code as a product of its own is not allowed. Details are in the licence agreement.

You receive the product’s new versions for one year from the purchase. Support is included in the full package only, by WhatsApp and e-mail, for the period stated on the product page, and covers running the product as sold, not custom development.

Fitness for a particular purpose not stated on the product page, store acceptance of an app that does not meet their rules, or the continuity of third-party services (such as Firebase or payment gateways) the product depends on.

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
